Beautiful Assassin, a breathtaking tale of love, loyalty and intrigue set in the early days of World War II, will be released on March 30. In Beautiful Assassin, Michael White delivers a heartrending story of war, betrayal, and a mother’s love that can never be extinguished.

He is also the author of five other novels: Soul Catcher, A Brother’s Blood, (New York Times Book Review Notable Book), The Blind Side of the Heart (an alternative Book-of-the-Month Club selection), A Dream of Wolves, and The Garden of Martyrs. He is the founding editor of the yearly fiction anthologies American Fiction as well as Dogwood: A Journal of Poetry and Prose.

White, is the founder and director for Fairfield University’s low-residency MFA in Creative Writing Program. This program offers MFA students from around the country the opportunity to meet together twice a year to participate in intensive 10-day residencies with nationally-renowned writers. “I’ve had extensive experience teaching at other low-residency programs. I think that Southern New England is ideal for this program and am especially pleased with the caliber of writers we are attracting to work one-on-one with our students”, said White.

Please join us for this program, where you are assured to hear insightful comments about the writing process from a seasoned author. Copies of the book will be available for purchase. Register online for this free program or call 203-256-3160.
