ChildrenFun Introduction to Mandarin Chinese for 3 to 5 year olds. With stories, games, and arts& crafts. Wednesdays 10:30-11:15 am. January 18 to February 8.
ChildrenStories Alive for 4 and 5 Stories, crafts and an introduction to Kindergarten Skills. Adults must remain in the Children’s Library. Thursdays beginning February 9 from 2 to 2:45pm. No session 2/23.

BranchFeature Creatures Come observe the Connecticut Audubon's creatures when they visit the library. Tuesdays, February 28, 3/20, & 4/24 at 4pm. Registration required for each session.
woodsChess Club - For grades 3 - 5. Play will start at 9:30am. Instructional play begins at 10:30am. Saturdays through May 19. No session 4/7 and 5/26. Registration required for each session.

BranchFractured Tales Grades 1-3. Children will create a skit with costumes and stage props, ending with a performance for their families. Wednesdays until February 8 from 4:30 to 5:30pm.
BranchDrop-in Pajama Storytime Parents and children 2-6 are invited. Children may wear their pajamas! Wednesdays, February 29, 3/21, 4/25 from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
