"The Happiness TV Show" is on every Monday night at 9:30 - 10.00PM. The co-hosts are Lionel Ketchian and George Ortega. The show is broadcast in six towns on Cablevision of Connecticut Channel 77. It airs in Bridgeport, Fairfield, Milford, Orange, Stratford and Woodbridge. It's a fact that being happy benefits your health. Happiness is the best self-improvement plan for becoming a better and friendlier person. Unhappiness puts you at the effect of the negative things in your life. Being happy allows you to bcome positive and powerful. Happiness lets you access the wisdom within yourself and make better decisions.
