The on the toolbar of the online catalog provides access to two features:

This feature in the online catalog allows you to browse by selected popular subjects. When you click on a major subject area, you are presented with a selection of subtopics. Select a subtopic and a list of the materials available on that topic is presented.

You can check to see which award winning books the library carries:
- Edgar - award for mystery, crime, suspense writing
- Nebula - science fiction and fantasy award
- Newbery - contribution to American literature for children.
You can also identify books of local interest.
